Understanding Options Greeks
Delta
Measures price sensitivity to underlying asset movement. Call deltas are positive (0 to 1), put deltas are negative (-1 to 0).
Gamma
Measures the rate of change of delta. Higher gamma means delta changes more rapidly as the underlying price moves.
Theta
Measures time decay. Negative values indicate how much the option loses value each day, all else being equal.
Vega
Measures sensitivity to implied volatility changes. Higher vega means the option price is more sensitive to volatility changes.
